Council Seeks Legal Advice After Confidential Documents Leak

The Harborough District Council in Leicestershire is seeking legal advice after its proposed developments were leaked from a confidential members briefing. The leak occurred against all advice from officers and the information was due to be published four days later. Council leader Phil Knowles expressed frustration, saying he's "really at a loss" as to why an elected member shared the confidential information, and added that police may be involved in the situation.
