China Vows to Fight Back Against Trump's Tariffs Amid Escalating Trade War

China has vowed to "fight to the end" against the US over Trump’s threatened additional 50% tariff on Chinese imports, calling it a "typical unilateral bullying practice". China will take countermeasures to safeguard its interests in response to the US's "so-called reciprocal tariffs", which are deemed "completely groundless". The US has already imposed 20% and 34% tariffs on Chinese goods, with Trump threatening additional 50% tariffs if China does not back down.
