A fourth-generation Italian wine and spirits importer, Dina Opici, is facing a $1 million tax hit due to Trump’s tariffs. The company's three containers worth of goods, valued at $500,000, will be subject to a 200% tariff if Trump's retaliatory measure goes into effect on April 2.
