US President Donald Trump expressed disappointment and frustration over deadly Russian strikes on Kyiv, urging Vladimir Putin to "stop" the attacks. At least 12 people were killed and 90 others injured in the strikes, the deadliest on the Ukrainian capital since last July. Trump said he is putting pressure on both sides to end the war in Ukraine, but did not specify what further action might be taken against Russia.
