RAF Typhoons were scrambled twice in 48 hours to intercept Russian planes that flew too close to NATO airspace. On Tuesday, two jets were sent up to intercept a Russian spy plane over the Baltic Sea, followed less than 48 hours later by another scramble to chase off an unknown aircraft leaving Kaliningrad.
