Meanwhile, AI is busy optimizing campaign strategies, drafting speeches, and—let’s be honest—probably writing half the political tweets you see. The real question isn’t whether AI will influence elections, but whether voters will notice before it starts running for office.

Linda McMahon, President Donald Trump’s education secretary, made a gaffe by repeatedly referring to AI as "A1", like the steak sauce, while speaking at an education summit in San Diego. She said that some school systems will start using A1 teaching every year from pre-K onwards, and that it can be helpful for one-on-one instruction and absorbing information for fast learners.
