Taxpayers Fund Ministers' Media Training for Welfare Cuts Pitch

Taxpayers funded £12,000 worth of media training for six ministers to promote controversial welfare cuts, including £5billion in cuts to sickness and disability benefits. The Department for Work and Pensions contracted with PR firm Freud Communications to provide "media training" for the ministers to confidently address TV and radio interviews.
