Transgender Prisoner Sues Trump Over Alleged Rapes in Indiana Jail: Claims His Rhetoric Emboldened Assaults

Autumn Cordellionè, a transgender prisoner serving 55 years for murdering her stepdaughter, is suing President Donald Trump alleging he is responsible for sexual assaults she experienced while incarcerated at Westville Correctional Facility (WCA) in Indiana. According to her handwritten complaint, she was assaulted and raped multiple times after transitioning while in jail, with inmates allegedly emboldened by Trump's "transphobic and extremist rhetoric."
